The Ontario Market Investment Fund is designed to help develop opportunities through marketing, trade events, marketing campaigns and industry research initiatives to create consumer awareness of Ontario produced foods and to encourage Ontarians to buy locally. Projects are cost shared with the provincial government investing up to 50% of the projects eligible cost.

The Ontario Cultural Attractions Fund provides working capital in the form of partially repayable loans to cultural and heritage organizations for new events and attractions designed to increase tourism.

The Ministry of Health's Communities in Action Fund aims to help bring about a physical activity and community sport culture in Ontario by helping local and provincial not-for-profit organizations provide and enhance opportunities for physical activity through community sport and recreation.

EcoAction is an Environment Canada Community Funding program, providing financial support to community groups for action-oriented projects that have measurable, positive impacts on the environment.
